Complaints

  • I had an issue with my food order.

    While we strive to offer high-quality, great tasting food at low prices, we can make mistakes and definitely want to make it right. If there was an issue with your order, please complete our contact form, along with a picture of your receipt or online order confirmation if possible. Complaints will not be addressed without completing the form.

  • Is there a number I can call?

    One of the ways we are able to keep our prices low is by keeping our team focused on the operation and serving customers at the restaurant. In order to avoid distractions with phones ringing, we ask that all questions and concerns come to our customer service team, whom you can contact here. We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to make luxury foods affordable to everyone!

  • Do you have a list of ingredients?

    If you have any questions regarding the ingredients in our food, please feel free to contact us or ask one of our team members at the restaurant to help guide you. You can also find the nutritional information for Angie’s Prime Grill here.

Ordering

  • How can I order food at one of Angie’s Food Concepts?

    Great question! Depending on the location, you may be able to order through the drive-thru, at walk-up using a QR code for self-ordering, inside using a kiosk, or even online at select locations. On the locations page of each concept’s website, we make sure to provide you with this information so you can best prepare for your visit. If online ordering is available, a link will be provided on that location listing.

  • Do you offer catering?

    We do not offer catering services, but that does not mean our meals wouldn’t be a great option for your next event. Feel free to order as much as you like through our drive-thrus, self-service kiosks, and even online at select locations. Our team will work hard to get it ready for you as quickly as possible. If you are looking for large quantities of our wild-caught seafood, be sure to check out the Shop page of our Angie’s Lobster website, with nationwide delivery right to your door.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes! You can purchase an E-gift Card by clicking here!

  • Is there any seating at your locations?

    Many of our locations do have interior seating, but not all. On each concept’s location page, we note whether the location has interior seating or not.

  • Is Angie’s a franchise?

    Angie’s Food Concepts is a privately owned business that started in Phoenix, Arizona in 2021.
